Role summary: By carefully planning, anticipating needs, and offering prompt, dependable support, the administration clerk will be dedicated to promoting seamless, effective office operations. ensures that the department’s administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing new COFs for vehicles and trailers.
  • Recording delivery notes for new trailers.
  • In charge of maintaining the department’s stationery order.
  • Making a filing.
  • Driving requirements for the dept. (daily to Derka and the licensing head office).
  • Driving requests and ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Ad hoc work for the Group FM and Financial Manager.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 (Compulsory), Driver’s License, Knowledge of administrative services or related fields, Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential), 2+ Years Administration Experience, Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
